Apple’s new Mighty Mouse looks pretty innovative, as mice go. From the Apple page:

It’s a no-button, three-button mouse, with a 360° scroll ball and squeezable sides. Sounds strange but looks like a good idea. It’s Mac and Windows-compatible.
